Preparation for shipment of GDG (gas dehydration unit) manufactured by order of PJSC Ukrgasdobycha in Poltava, Ukraine for the implementation of the Technex Limited project “Equipment of the Kopylovsky gas condensate field. Gas dehydration unit at the Kopylivska”.

The production facilities of Technex Limited allow the production of high-quality equipment with mandatory testing of all units of the installation, in order to ensure the durability and reliability of the equipment during operation. Transportation on the ground was carried out on a low-floor trawl with a strong securing of the cargo. The equipment was made in the shortest possible time.

 Object characteristics:

- productivity of the gas recovery unit for gas: 40-150 thousand m3/day;

- pressure at the inlet to the gas drying unit: 0.5-3.2 MPa;

- gas temperature at the GCS inlet: from -5С to +35С;

- moisture content of the gas supplied for drying: equilibrium for the conditions of inlet to the gas turbine unit;

- Commercial gas dew point in terms of humidity: -8С at P=3.92 MPa

 Gas composition:

- Methane - 91.458%;

- Ethane - 3.497%;

- Propane - 1.064%;

- Butane - 0.415%;

- Pentane - 0.164%;

- Hexane + higher - 0.249%;

- Oxygen - 0.005%;

- Carbon dioxide - 0.16%;

- Nitrogen - 2.988%;
