High-vacuum multi-layer Insulated Cryogenic Liquid Piping
We also fabricate the high-vacuum multi-layer insulated piping and vacuum-insulated cryogenic valve. They have already been used in the long-distance transfer of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, liquid helium, liquefied natural gas and other mediums. Their sizes range from DN15 to DN150 and the size can be also designed as the requirement of the user.
High-vacuum multi-layer Insulated Tubes
The high-vacuum multi-layer insulated tubes have various sizes and are mainly used in air separation plants, natural gas (petroleum gas) liquefaction and separation plants and cryogenic liquid (LO, LN, LAr or LNG ) storing and transporting equipment.
The high-vacuum pipeline is design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance according to GP805-2002 the standard “the insulated cryogenic pipeline”. Majoy characteristic is as follows:
1. Inside and outside pipe adopt the GB/T14976-2002 the seamless and stainless steel pipe to transport fluid. The material is 0Cr18Ni9, exterior surface by polished handling.
2. Inside and outside pipe, the element such as compensator and the ring of heat insulation have qualified leak hunting completely by the helium mass spectrograph of 100%.
3. Mezzanine adopting the insulate materials that imports from America, The performance of insulation is perfect, the vacuum can keep for long time.
4. In vacuum mezzanine there are the adsorbent of cryogenic and normal temperature, the remaining gases such as H2 to be adsorbed, using safely reliable.
5. Knot vacuum degree is high and better than 1.33x10-3Pa,the performance of insulation is perfect.
6. Pipe section indirect head adopt welding connection, cold harm little, and have eliminated liner ageing, warp to arouse the revealing abuse.
