Delivery and installation of a gas drying unit (gas drying unit) manufactured by order of PJSC Ukrgasdobycha in Poltava, Ukraine

Delivery and installation of a GDU (gas drying unit) manufactured by order of PJSC Ukrgasdobycha in Poltava, Ukraine for the implementation of the Technex Limited project “Equipment of the Kopylovsky gas condensate field. Gas dehydration unit at the Kopylivska WPU”.

Dryers, control cabinets, refrigeration machines and spare parts with a total weight of over 30 tons were delivered to the construction site. The cargo successfully traveled from China to the port of Odessa, then proceeded to Kyiv for customs clearance and was delivered to Poltava.

Object characteristics:

- productivity of the gas recovery unit for gas: 40-150 thousand m3/day;

- pressure at the inlet to the gas drying unit: 0.5-3.2 MPa;

- gas temperature at the GCS inlet: from -5С to +35С;

- moisture content of the gas supplied for drying: equilibrium for the conditions of inlet to the gas turbine unit;

- Commercial gas dew point in terms of humidity: -8С at P=3.92 MPa

 Gas composition:

- Methane - 91.458%;

- Ethane - 3.497%;

- Propane - 1.064%;

- Butane - 0.415%;

- Pentane - 0.164%

- Hexane + higher - 0.249%;

- Oxygen - 0.005%;

- Carbon dioxide - 0.16%;

- Nitrogen - 2.988%;

- Gas drying technology – Adsorption.
